Terms And Conditions

1. All rebuildable vehicles are sold "AS IS."
2. Without exception, the seller will not pay any amount for the repair of parts sold to buyer, nor will the seller pay the labor costs incurred by the buyer in removing, replacement, or repairing parts sold.
3. No refunds/returns on special orders or electrical items.
4. Sheet metal parts and cuts are sold "AS IS."
5. All returns or exchanges must be accompanied by the original receipt.
6. Engine long blocks are guaranteed against a flat crankshaft or cracks in the blocks or heads ONLY. Oil consumption, normal wear & tear, and oil leaks are not covered.
7. Transmissions are guaranteed to be in good working condition at the date of sale, free from broken gears and noisy bearings ONLY. Leaks from seals and/or gaskets are not guaranteed.
8. Items sold may be replaced within 90 days from the date of purchase
   (90 day guarantee).
